Last night I knit up a swatch in Noro, gave it a little spray of Evian and some knitting acupuncture.
Yeah, we’re blocked. Our gauge looks good. Now light that torch.

The sewn hems on that sweater will not ever, for some people, block flat, leaving an unflattering flare right over the hips. You might consider following WendyKnit's advice and knitting the bottom hem at least in seed stitch, and not sewing it. Just 2 cents from someone with an unwearable Hourglass sweater.
